How do I login to Matey?

Access the Login Page
Go to https://app.matey.ai in your browser.
Select "Sign into your account"
On the landing page, click the “Sign into your account” button.
Choose a Sign-In Option
You’ll be redirected to the login screen.
- If you use a Google or Microsoft email, click “Sign in with Google” or “Sign in with Microsoft” for the best experience.
- If not, select “Sign-up” to create your account using your email and password.
Welcome to Matey
After signing in successfully, you’ll land on your Matey dashboard—ready to get started!

Email and Password Login Requires a Case Assignment
If you’re logging in with email and password, ensure that the email address you're using has been assigned to a case.

If you're unsure or don't see any assigned cases, please contact support@matey.ai for assistance.
